Gahana Navya James

Gahana Navya James, a student from the 2016-2019 BA History batch, secured the sixth position in the UPSC 2022 exam. She is currently working in the Indian Foreign Service at the Embassy of India, Berlin.

Preeja Sreedharan

Preeja Sreedharan, a BA History student from 2000 to 2003, was honored with the Arjuna Award, India’s second-highest sporting accolade, in 2011. She holds national records in both the 10,000 meters and 5,000 meters, which she set while winning gold and silver medals at the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games. Her breakthrough came in 2007 when she secured silver in both events at the Asian Athletics Championships. Preeja currently serves as Chief Officer Superintendent at Southern Railways, Palakkad.

Rimi Tomy

Rimi Tomy was a student of the Department of History from 2002 to 2005. She is a well-renowned Indian playback singer, television host, and actress.
