Notably, the unit has won Indira Gandhi National Award for Best Volunteer through Kum. Aishwarya Lekshmi who received the Award from the President of India. which underscores its exceptional contributions to social service initiatives. Additionally, the college has received multiple awards for the Best NSS Programme Officer and the Best NSS Volunteer Secretary at the University level, Best NSS Friendly Principal and so on.
